Current situation and measures on COVID-19

Dear clients, partners, friends,

based on the current situation and in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have taken steps, thanks to which we believe we can manage this situation together soon.

All employees who can work from home have been in home office since early February until further notice. With this step, we want to protect those employees who cannot work in such manner, and are needed for the day-to-day running of production and distribution networks.
Personal meetings with clients and suppliers are replaced for some time by video conferences, email and telephone communications.

We also protect our employees´ health by equipping our deliverers, carriers, production and sorting colleagues with protective equipment (gloves and face-masks), which they are obliged to wear when carrying out their work.

Since we do not underestimate anything internally, we prepared so-called pandemic plan in which we have defined procedures to minimize the risk of disruption of operational activities and production processes to ensure contionuous customer service.

Last, but not least, our company will also follow the recomendations of the National Cyber Security Center SK-CERT for operators of basic services stated here:
